Quality and compliance services, including validation, are the core business of our Professional Services Group. The PDMA Services Business Unit, formed in 2000, helps organizations satisfy the PDMA regulations, including sample accountability and practitioner validation. A Fulfillment Services Business Unit was formed in 2006, with the addition of two FDA-compliant warehouses and distribution centers for samples, literature, and promotional items.

These business units service the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Animal Health, Cosmetic, and Blood/Tissue industries. We also provide solutions to those companies that provide products and services to the life science industry, and are therefore subject to FDA regulations themselves.
